Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
