The parking lot had sufficient spaces (unlike old facility) with a short walk to stairs/ramps. The receptionists were professional, friendly and courteous. The clinic staff seems to want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

The decor in waiting room is clean, refreshing (particularly after old facility). Although I wasn't in waiting area long enough to sit, it appeared the chairs in the waiting room were new, clean, relatively comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling window gave a view of the CCRI campus. The aide and physician assistant gave me sufficient information to make a decision about current treatment plan.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you DR Gonzales you treated me well, my favorite nurse,and the staff. DR Gonzales my Sciatic nerves gone bad, lots of pain. Got to check out my DR here in the morning. Miss you all, as friends. Take care until. DR Gonzales you can send me an Email if you have time. GOD BLESS.
