They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they over diagnosed me. Making me take extra exams that I knew was just a waist of my money and time. I feel like the medicine they gave me worked, but I was sick for a very very long time afterwards. So I had to find all natural products to help with sickness. They were unclear on what medicine I needed to take along with the stuff they gave me. I had a sinus infection and they didn't give me decongestant.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit, however, the TV program that was on was not family oriented. It was actually very offensive! I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. We had to wait over three hours for a physician to see us. We were literally only with the physician for 5 mins before being told they could not help us and set up a referral to another doctor. (a foot doctor.) Total waste of time and money!!!
