Dr. Nichols has always taken excellent care of my schnauzer. He has chatted with me on Facebook about any concerns I may have. Love the staff, all are excellent & show their love for animals.

Yes, they were immaculate.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.

This Doctor is great. I have had everything over to see him from dogs and cats to goats and he is very knowledgeable about all of them. I have took animals to him on their death bed and he had them back up and feeling fine within a few days treatment. He has a great personality and treats you in the kindest manor and ALWAYS makes sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible. He is very accessible to the area he serves, but i live about 30 miles away from his office and even though there are vets closer in my area this vet is the best i have found and i don't mind the drive at all to insure my animals get proper and prompt care. He will even answer questions you have personally over the phone to save you the drive if at all possible and he has already seen the animal and you are just following up. In my opinion he is with out a doubt the best vet in the area. Him and his staff are always friendly and waiting to help no matter if its something simple or something major and they all work very hard over there. Any questions you have they will answer even if they have to go to great lengths to get the correct answer.
