Most of the vets are good except for the new veterinarian. Poor attitude and makes to many mistakes then tries to cover them up. This person is untrustworthy. Ask for another vet.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

No I've never had any complaints
