Adria is very accomplished at what she does, and I experienced positive results in the first session. Adria takes her time with me and I feel like her full concentration is on me and helping me to heal. I have had remarkable results in just under a month of weekly appointments: I feel more optimistic, self-assured, calm and in-the-moment.

Adria has a keen sense of what is required to get me to relax and work through trauma extending 45+ years to my childhood.

I was somewhat unsure of what to expect with somatic therapy but am convinced that it can probably help most people release some difficult and perhaps painful experiences.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
