Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
