Dr.Sease and staff are the kindest and attentive animal handlers Bubbles has encountered. Their was a particular time when Bubbles had a freak accident and we called the Doctor"s emergency number and he responded after just leaving a while ago; however he turned back around and attended to Bubbles. As for the staff: words can't express the gratitude and appreciation we have for them! Bubbles will go to doggie heaven and remember them as we will too. Gods Eternal Blessings upon them...

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
