I agree with the other reviewers that a lot of things here seem a little like a rip-off. However, it's very hit-or-miss, for instance my dog needed a cruciate repair done and KSU wanted to charge me $800 more than Little Apple! However, Little Apple's vaccinations and yearly checkups seem to be the most expensive in town - and the nail trims are almost $20, which is just nuts! I can't remember how much it was going to be to get my dog's anal glands expressed, but I do remember it being over $20 as well, and I just said forget it. The staff has always been extremely friendly, and I like that they do a military discount.

The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. My time spent at this office was such a waste of time. They were unable to perform even the most basic procedures and the staff was completely incompetent.

THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!!! They're rates are stupidly high.
