The service was adequate and thorough. The staff was efficient, courteous, and helpful. Concidering the volume of patients regularly seen at this office, the office was relatively clean. epending upon the day, the waiting room could be crowded. I have never found better health care for the indigent and low-income.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've been other places that left me unattended for
quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Yes, it is very conveniently located
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
