They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
