I don't like this clinic, because they do abortions.

They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They told me it would cost one price but charged me another. And the other price was a lot more money that I didn't have! They told me I was responsible for the bill because I had already received the treatment. They told me it was my responsibility to know how much my insurance would cover, not theirs! That was the last time I went back. It's been years since I have been in the clinic because of treatment like that.. Hopefully things have improved because I need to go back to this clinic today.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.

Plus, I went somewhere else later and they gave me the correct medical facts about fetal development...Planned Parenthood did not show me any of that information and essentially lied to me about my health and the health of my baby.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

Luckily, there were some people outside protesting Planned Parenthood who cared about me and referred me to other places in the area that cared about me. I'm only happy I went to Planned Parenthood because I met the people outside who cared.
