I have been to Dr. McCormick many times and found her to be a fairly good vet. The Vet that I usually take my 8 cats to is retiring and I had decided to switch to Dr. McCormick. I had an appointment this past week to get one cat established and a check up, I (my fault) forgot my phone so I couldn't call when I arrived as they requested. When I went to knock on the door the office staff came out and very abruptly told me I had to move from that area for other people would be coming out. She didn't give me a chance to explain I didn't have my phone and kept talking over me. When I got home she called and wanted to know why I left. I explained her mannerism is why. I asked if she would have Dr. McCormick to call me. She never called. I called today and was told that the doctor said she wasn't going to call. The Staff person then said have a good day and hung up on me. She is going to lose a lot of customers.

Dr Holt sold the practice this year - the new owners are wonderful and the Vet, Dr. McCormick is very nice and good with all our pets. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Fortunately, Mary Jo stayed on and is helping us old clients acclimate to appointments and new times. They open at 8:00 now which is great!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
