If I could put 0 stars, I would. When I took my dog to be spayed, they butchered her and stitched her up like a rag doll which caused an infection. I took her to another vet for treatment and they were disgusted by the work that had been done on her. Not to mention that they didn't send her any pain medication post surgery and I had to call and argue until they gave me pain meds for her. Lucy Simons in reception is the worst thing to ever happen to customer service. Get this, when I called to request the pain meds, she claimed that dogs don't feel pain!!!!! She said the shot the Dr gave her lasted 24hrs and that's all. Ridiculous! Do you want to take your pets anywhere they try claiming animals don't feel pain?? I think not. I called a week ago asking them to please send me all my pet records which they said they would but didn't. I call back today to ask again and a nicer person helped me and sent them right away. After receiving the email, I call back to confirm I got it and to ask about something in the records that contradicts something I was told in my previous call. Regretfully, the nice girl gave the phone to Lucy Simons which proceeded to give me MAJOR attitude for NO reason! Didn't even let me speak. I tried saying something after she had said something wrong and yelled at me rudely "EXCUSE ME" then started yelling after I asked why she was giving me attitude. I asked to speak to the nice girl again and Lucy Simons slammed the phone on me instead. Never have I ever dealt with someone like her in customer service before. Truly disgusting lady.
