They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The only bad part is that they see you there but do not come to the front desk. If they had a reason for being in the back I could understand but everytime I go there they just seem to be talking and ignoring the customer at the desk. They need a full time receptionist or at least be professional enough to acknowledge you and give you a time frame as to when you will be helped.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
