I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. In fact, there was a woman sitting in a wheekchair with a tarp thrown under her wheelchair to catch her feces. she was VERY sick. it was ver degrading to her. They completely ignored her. Other people in the waiting room were throwing up and dry heaving into vomit bags. i was about 99% sure I was passing a kidney stone. I was very embarrassed because I couldn't sit or stand . I was moaning very loudly because of the pain I was in. The nurse that took my blood did a terrible job. My husband almost passed out because she was literally digging around in the side of my arm. I have taken a picture of it because it is unbelievanle looking. After they removed the woman with the dripping feces, they left the tarp on the floor and there were drops of feces across the floor where they pushed her wheelchair. After about 2 1/2 hours, my husband asked them for a blanket so i could lay on the floor. i was in so much pain, that I did not care how dirty the floor was. One of the front desk people came over and offered me. couch. So, they took me to a small room around the corner with a couch....and what do you know.....they had a shift change and forgot I was back there. THEN, when I got into the room, they were about to take my blood again and another urine sample. I said, "no ma'am...they already did that...look at my arm.". This was the craziest experience I have ever been through. i felt like I was on an episode of candid camera.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
