They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always dress professionally here.

Dr. Mark Webb ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. On his report to my former employer, he only highlighted things that I said that would make the employer look good in order for them to fire me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

Time spent in the waiting room would be my biggest complaint. I've been going to this clinic for 3 years now and have only been on the receiving end of "prompt, fast service" approximately 4 times. This doesn't bother me though because the doctor I see sometimes falls behind because he is a caring person and is taking time with a patient who may exceed their scheduled appointment. I know this because I have gone over my time limit as well on several occasions. I see Dr. Abdrabbo and he is extremely professional, good natured, has a great sense of humor, asks questions about your well-being and LISTENS when you talk. I've never had a problem with the staff and in fact enjoy my time at the check-out window(s) with Sandra and the other lady (sorry, I can't remember her name). Actually, going to my appointment each month is something I look forward to because of the pleasantness of everyone I'm in contact with.
