The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I keep asking this veterinarian if they could send out reminder cards for pets annual exams and they say that they do, but I've never received one before. It would just be so nice if they would make the extra effort for their patients. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They had some medicine, but it really needed to be restocked
