I have been dealing with the Piedmont Vet for years and I have had to emergenices and THEY could not help me. My cat die and my dog I have gotten another vet that has been extermly helpful and understands. I can't believe after all the years dealing with this vet service now they don't care or have the time. My animals mean more to me than having to wait and it is to late did that once and will not do it again. I would not recommend this vet service.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
