They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

I and one of my dogs is new to Piedmont Vet Services. I am one of those finicky dog people who require excellence on many levels from a veterinarian. Whereas my dog and I have had only one visit, thus far, I have had the opportunity to phone in updates and request call backs from Dr. Chris Grover. I am extremely pleased with the friendly, helpful staff (Judy as reception, probably lots more responsibilities) and especially Dr. Grover's manner: thoughtful, caring, patient, supportive, knowledgeable and compassionate. I usually drive 90 minutes to our holistic vet, however, this visit was an emergency and Piedmont was able to fit me in right away. Didn't grill me about not choosing them as my "regular" vet or anything, that I was expecting.

Not only am I impressed and thrilled with their services, their fees were quite manageable and less than I had anticipated.

Overall, a wonderful experience - HIGHLY recommend.
