Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
