I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
