Sad, heart-pounding, gut-wrenching experience.
My dogs were dropped off to be groomed. 5 hours later I'm worried I haven't been called to pick them up yet. I arrive with my daughter who recognizes her puppy's cry, and discover they are still being bathed. No one had anything to say about why they weren't finished yet. I asked to bring them home immediately. I was charged full price for the complete service, and my dogs were brought to me wet and unbrushed. Their nails were split and broken and one dog had a rash from the shampoo used. They were also so strongly perfumed my daughter and I felt nauseous and sick. I finished grooming them myself and put ointment on the rash. The next day I arrived to ask for a refund for the incomplete service I received, and my dogs shot records so I could get them groomed elsewhere. They did nothing but argue with me. The manager got aggressive and made me feel threatened. I called an officer to mediate the situation before it continued to escalate. When he arrived I was able to get my shot records and promised I would never return to that place again.

I got two puppies at the beginning of this year, I actually saved them from a horrible situation. When I brought them the puppies to have their shots done I found out they had worms. They treated the worms, but then found out a week later they had parvo. I called everyone trying to find the cheapest route to take care of this since it is so expensive to treat. They were by far the cheapest route to go, and helped me through all the steps I needed to do. They are very friendly, and always call to see how the girls are doing. It has been 8 months now and my puppies are happier then ever. I highly suggest this office to everyone. Oh and did I mention they saved me thousands of dollars for the treatments. Thank you so much.

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Dr. McDaniel is the best! Her staff is so friendly and helpful. We saved so much money by going to her for my dog's tumor removal. Another doctor wanted to charge us about $800 more for all of the things my dog needed done. We were recommended by a friend and we are so glad. Max (our dachshund) is much happier now and so are we!
