The chairs in their waiting room were above average. I was comfortable. I have used them for years & they are always compassionate. It is best to make an appointment to limit wait time, but they usually allow you the time needed to ask questions regarding your pet's health or concerns. They are open till noon on Sat. but no appts., just drop ins. They do stay late & have 24hr availability.
