Buyer beware. My glowing reference has come home to haunt. My working service dog had a grid keratotomy done and now has lost most of her sight in that eye. Wilson doesn't know what to do so I am taking my angel to the pet opthalmologist in Rochester. Very little hope at this point and i am out big bucks. Wilson charged more than the eye guy would have for the same surgery. He may know orthopedics but I will never ever see him again. If my dog needs surgery I will go someplace else !!

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The problem I have with them is that I can never get through on the phone; they put you on hold for 10 min. or more. When I hang up and call back they want to put me on hold AGAIN, I tell them 'No, don't put me oh hold, I'd like to make an appt."...I still get put on hold. I've decided to switch vets, I'm very disappointed in their phone mannerisms.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.
