Dr Gray used to be a decent vet. Now, however, his practice is terribly far behind. His x-ray machine is so old and produces such poor quality films that they are almost useless. Their billing is unbelieveable, no statements telling you what work has been performed nor a cost breakdown. He is reluctant to refer patients to specialty vets and refuses to admit that he is incapable of doing some procedures. The most alarming practice is that he allows untrained staff to perform treatments on pets. There are much, much better veterinary hospitals in Edmond, so in the interest of your pet's health, seek another one out.
My first thought was to accept we lost our beloved dog, but now 3 months later Dr. Gray calls and claims we stopped payment on the check and we owe him another bill. Our dog could have been saved if we had taken him 24 hours sooner to emergency care instead we blindly allowed Dr Gray to treat him. 24 hours later he had lost all function from his ribs back and had been defecating on himself. The only treatment he had received was drugs to "ease his suffering", really?? no x-rays or nothing to determine his condition?? It was sad to see such a strong noble dog(rottweiler 7 years old) deteriorate to such a state. after being misinformed and finally being allowed to pick him up it was to late and we had to put him down. DO NOT go to this vet clinic if you value your pet. Dr. Gray should consider retirement because his old school methods do not work.
