The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They are about 15 out of town but off a main road so it isn't hard to get there. . I have taken a very sick bunny who had sniffles/ pneumonia and he handled her gently and genuinely was concerned. She was old and with treatment I was able to have her another 4 months. I bring my dogs to him and have had nothing but positive experiences. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. They could work on improving their level of customer service here.
I took my two year old dog to Glen Manor Veterinary Hospital for stitches and my dog did not make it home alive. The vet was "confused" about the cause of death. The vet also suggested the cause of death to have been heart arrhythmia which may have been cause by the anesthetic. My dog was a high energy and healthy mutt that ran around the yard, went on multiple walks a day and hikes on the weekend. I'm not buying the whole heat arrhythmia story, and it seems like an easy excuse to cover up someone's sloppiness. In my heart I just feel that someone wasn't doing their job right.
I'm not writing this review with anger but concern for other pet owners.
I walked into that vet office with my dog because I thought I could TRUST someone else to see that she would be okay
I lost my best friend and my heart is broken.
Think twice before taking your pet to this hospital.
