It's Friday afternoon...and I don't know what has just happened here. Took a sick dog to his vet....dog has been a patient with the vet for several years...dog was cranky and the doctor took the animal to another room for a look see...next thing I knew the dog was brought back in to me and I was asked to put a muzzle restraint on the animal...I couldn't get the muzzle on the animal...the receptionist said he would check with the doctor to see if there would be meds given..yes there meds to be given with instructions...the receptionist said I should give the pet the meds and the doctor would want to see the animal back in two weeks...receptionist returned again and said the doctor said take the meds and he didn't want to see the animal back again...What was that?

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
