They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. When I finally did recieve my treatment, it was literally like he pretended to adjust me, and then said "ahhh, ok there we go" but all he did was over exaggerate pressing on my back. My bones never moved, he never actually adjusted me. Then he wanted to charge me well over 250$ for his sprays, pills, gels, etc that I simply didn't need or want! I can't believe he has the nerve to call himself a doctor. If he ever was a decent Chiropractor, he sure has strayed since he started! Also- the women behind the desk were sitting there gossping, talking about their private SEX lives. I couldn't believe it! I WILL NEVER go back there, and I will tell all of my friends at the country club, and all over that this man is a fraud! BTW, these annonymous reviews are fakes put on there by the staff, they were talking about it while I was there!
