Terrible! first told our med ins wasn't accepted then 30 min later got a call saying it was. Receptionist was at desk eating with a DOG on the desk! Gave my son crutches and adjusted them incorrectly for his size. No instruction on how to use crunches safely (even after asking). No explanation of cost to me. Totally incompetent!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rob and all the staff at this facility. They were extremely fast, efficient, and effective in getting me set up with the equipment that I needed. I feel that Rob went out of his way to produce very prompt results in the service he provided to me. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Thank You very much and I will continue all of my follow-up items with that facility, as well as spreading the word to others !!!
I did not acctually visit the facility yet, although I was being set up through another clinic to obtain a peice of equipment from Upland Hills. My issue is that after waiting already over a week, I was just informed that it will be at least another week or more before the equipment is available for me. I guess my only thought is if it is going to be 2 or more weeks for someone to get a peice of equipment that they know someone is waiting for, maybe a phone call would be in order to let them know that. You are dealing with people and medical conditions that they are worried about so that phone call would have been appreciated. Not so much a complaint as an initial observation !!
