my doctor ordered diabetic shoes for me, went in picked out the ones I likes, then no word from them, six months went by, called them and they said they needed more info from my doctor. Ask them if they contacted him, no, apparently not their job! So I ask what they needed, called my doctor they sent over information. 3 months later call them, oh we need MORE information, called doctor they sent information. Still no calls from them, NEVER got my shoes!!! since they are the ONLY medical supply store in town I'm kinda screwed now aren't I, thanks for nothing Walla Walla Home Medical!!!
