Avoid this "company" at all costs. I placed an order over a week ago, and received a confirmation via email immediately. I preferred ordering from a local brick and mortar company rather than a web retailer. A few days later, I emailed asking for a tracking number. No reply. I called today, and a manager tells me that they "cancelled" the order at some point and refunded the payment, Which is untrue...I never received a notice of cancellation, and he claimed they refunded payment to an account that I never had.

Curious, I looked on their corporate website. Click "About Us" and this super -reassuring message appears:

I use The Medical House to get my compression sleeves, and it is the only nearby vendor that is in my insurance company's network of providers. The environment is like a warehouse: old, dirty, unattractive, unorganized. The staff are pleasant, but don't seem to know what they are doing. There is only one person who can handle orders paid for by insurance, and she works only part-time. The staff never knows exactly when she will be there, but she needs to be the one to take your order. So you have to keep calling to see if Kelly is in. When your order comes in, they don't call to let you know; you have to keep calling back. When they need to find out an answer to a question and tell you they will call you back, they don't. The ONLY reason I use them is for insurance purposes. It's like a place run by teenage boys.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
