FRAUD ALERT DO NOT USE,!

Don't care about you at all. Started calling for oayment 2 days BEFORE i EVEN GOT HOME FROM HOSPITAL they were calling and asking for money . 'This was 2 days before I even got released.. Then told me I had not met my deductible which was not true. This is the end of October and I met in Sept. then would not tell me if they ever filed for the money I HAD to give them. Very hard to work with and get answers. I have only talked to one nice person on the phone but the other 6 refused or could not answer my questions. The person who came to my house and fitted me with a mask and set up the machine was very nice. I am in the process of changing companies.

THIS IS A NON-ACCREDITED COMPANY, WHICH EXPLAINS WHY THEY HAVE SUCH AND "I DON'T CARE" ATTITUDE. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST TO SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND LACK OF GOOD SERVICE YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE DESERVES. CARMEN MASON, WHO DOES PURCHASING AND BILLING REQUIRES FOLLOW UP. THE PRACTICE OF WRITTING CARD NUMBERS DOWN TO PROCESS "LATER" IS COMPROMISING AND AS A RESULT OF THE 122 COMPLAINTS PER THE RICHMOND, VA BBB, IS A MAJOR ISSUE. MS. WYNN THE MANAGER MAKES IT HER PURPOSE TO AVOID ALL CUSTOMER CONTACT AND WILL NOT TAKE NOR RETURN CALLS. AGAIN, THE STAFF COULD NOT CARE LESS. SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. RUN!!!
