Avoid at all costs. I went to Macs Medical to purchase an item for my husband. I asked if they accepted his insurance before I checked on the item needed. I was told they do. I asked the clerk the amount we would have to pay before placing the order. When the statement came, I was more than surprised to see that we are being charged almost 6 times the amount I was quoted.I have written, and have sent information from the insurance company that it was excessive charges, and we don't have to pay excessive charges. Needless to say they don't want to hear it. I have called only to have them be cocky with me. The last time I called I was put through to the manager and she wouldn't answer the phone nor return my call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
