Very poor service, My name is Wm. Hicks and its been like pulling teeth to recieve my portable inogen. excuses is all i have heard and its been over 2 months since i have heard anything . I called today and was put off again. I wish a supervisor would look into this for me. my birthdate is 9/27/1955. Now I hate to complain but its been long enough. my phone number is 540-494-5928

Poor service. I needed supplies for the CPAP three months after receiving it. It was leaking air. I kept calling but only got the answering service even during business hours. After a week I just packed the machine up and took it back. The lady at the font desk tried to find it on the computer but could not. After asking me twice if I was sure it came from them she checked one last place, There was a file of processed paper work.about four inches thick. Mine was in there. She shredded the paperwork like it never happen and took the machine back.
