They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I am confused about the first poster comments. The staff is wonderful and a helpful team. I have been a customer of Clare's for numerous years. Yes, the prices have changed a great deal in both negative and positive ways. The manager went above and beyond to help me and my family. I would recommend Clare's to anyone that is looking for good products and excellant customer service. The previous customer is apparently not happy about the change. Keep up the good work guys....JMC

This was a fine place to do business while it was still Bill Clare's. After he sold the business. the price of the things we got there went up over 60% and the new manager was worse than useless. The new manager put on an agressive display of authority & confidence but was in fact utterly incompetent
and ignorant. Customer service seemed to be contrary to her dignity. She would rather refer customers to another establishment down the street than serve them.
