I have never dealt with a company that has such bad service before. We have been waiting on equipment for days now. Have been trying to reach a person at this business for hours again today. Even left it to them to call me back as was recommended on a recording. Still no call. No matter what the situation is, they should call back.
They are very friendly and did a good CPAP training in the office. They are a little hard to find because they are not on the street side of the address, they are in the back side. My biggest dislike is that they do not deliver any of the supplies or services I needed. I had to drive 25 miles each way and pick them up myself. So, when my Dr. ordered overnight tests, I would have to drive in one day and pick it up and back the next day to return it. When you are in your 70's this is not always easy. Every other DME company I have had in the past has delivered and trained in my home.
I have used provider in Richmond and Atlantic Medical. I always make a point to use Atlantic Medical now. They go out of their way to find what you want and need. Every product is not in their store but they are quite willing to order it for you and it is usually there within the week. Their prices are better than the Richmond location.
use to be my provider until they wanted me to pay 100% cost for a replacement cpap mask ($500) when i should only have had to pay 20% ($50) as per my bc/bs provider. because of this i have gone several months trying to use a broken mask and atlantic medical was less than sympathetic to the predicament that they had caused. am currently looking for a new equiptment supplier.
