They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I will try calling in just a few moments to see if there is any way I can get the necessary equipment I need, however; it has taken over a month to get a simple piece of equipment, and I feel misled by innacurate information.

Definitely, it was nauseating

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
