Absolutely awful office. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment for my 10 month old baby and they called at 11:05 to say that they were 2 hours late. When I asked if they had the correct equipment with them they stated that they did not and would have to go back to the branch to collect the equipment and, therefore, would be even later. When I asked for a supervisor to call me urgently, I waited 30 minutes and did not receive a call. I then contacted the corporate office to ask them for assistance as I was leaving on vacation within the hour and needed a monitor urgently. I have requested a different office and would never recommend this office. Absolutely awful.
