I was trying to talk to employee on phone about my cpap, the employee did an amazing job explaining to me everything that was going with my cpap. But during the time of explaining, there was a gap of misunderstanding, and miscommunication. And I was trying to clear that for the employee.. because employees done and excellent job explaining what was going with cpap machine.. but she really wouldn’t stop and listen, and understand what I was trying to explain to her after that, .. I if she might of would have took a breath and listened. She may of noted it. Possibly.. and used it and hand it over to her tech support.. because it was the same time my phone got compromised… and my cpap app , password got compromised.. and that’s when my cpap started acting up. But, didn’t have a chance to properly say all of that because, she wouldn’t hear me out, she wouldn’t really listen, understand me fully, to let me talk enough to say I have learning disabilities… to where I’m not able, to fully able to communicate, exactly, completely the exact words to tell her out, short term, sentence. Explanation.. I’m really and truly sorry that she miss understood me.. all I wanted to know if my cpap was broken.. she did a great job letting me know that answer, but, I still didn’t comprehend fully because I didn’t understand in my head. Wether or not if the cpap machine screen was exactly the same as the phone app, and if they run off the same system… if they did I was trying to inform her. That she might want to look into knowing that my phone got compromised.. and my app got compromised, if they got compromised, then your system got compromised. Too maybe… because it was the same time my phone was acting up. And I wasn’t sure though or not if that could happen fully or not.. but I wanted to make you aware of it.. and I wanted my account to be notified so if my account was changed in any way especially, documents… I need to be notified, because I don’t know what to do.. and I’m still trying to figure out what all is going on at the moment.. and when I call you I don’t want to be hung up on, like I was just did.. or for the future.. because it could be very important… and please, please I will not show proof through the Internet with my personal Id.documentation as such without some kind of callback and other proof etc. to make sure my identity is safe.. but, please, let her know with sincerest apologies. That I wasnt trying to give a hard, time at all, I was only trying as before to comprehend. What she was saying.plus what I was already texted… again she did an amazing job.
