I was helping out my dad while he was hospitalized for knee surgery. This was a tough time for me since I had exams coming up. I never knew this whole thing with medical supplies was so complex but these guys were really helpful especially the lady handling the insurance processes.

I liked that this store is in a convenient location close to the medical center You can most items here for and as a personal carer, I find it very convenient.

This location is very convenient and I'm glad that I was able to get in and out quickly.

I was quite unfamiliar with wheelchairs but had to buy one foo my mum. The lady I met explained everything for me very well. I will definitely recommend.

This place is God sent, they are very accommodating with disabled people. The staff are very friendly and always take their time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They have taken care of my respiratory supplies and my wheelchair needs for the past few years. They are light years ahead of my previous provider. I highly recommend this place.

Don't buy! Do your research. Bought portable commode, put in car and sat there checking competition prices. Found SEVERAL suppliers 30-50% cheaper. Took product back in (still wrapped in their plastic) for refund. Owner said no. Against the policy once it went out the door. It was all just 10 minutes too! Owner refused to even give me her name. (If she was who she claimed to be). Big time buyers remorse!
Will do my research next time. Don't get ripped off.

I have been to this company before and am amazed at their level of commitment! They will spend time with you and if the item is not available in the store, they will drop-ship directly to your home. During the last couple of years I have dealt with Norma, Leslie, and Mark. All three were exceptional in helping us. Derrick is one of their delivery guys and he is great too. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!

Horrible! Took them 3 weeks to deliver CPAP machine from them receiving physician orders. Lost payments; unable to adequately answer questions; billed me more than what insurance Explanation of Benefits showed I owed; could never answer billing questions adequately as they have no access to itemized statements on their billing system. After multiple calls to them with issues not resolved, finally asked them to come pick up machine. They could not give a date when that would happen.
