As an Events/ Wedding Planner and decorator in the dfw area, I am always on my feet. While in the Allen area for an event I decided to stop by Ritecare medical supply which was right off the road to see what advice I could get about my tired feet. A lady there was most helpful and suggested compression socks and even helped me try one on! The swelling and tiredness of my feet improved; thus, I purchased a second pair of compression socks and wear them every time I work an event :-) The folks at this business are awesome and I highly recommend them.

I will never do business with this place again. Very unscrupulous. They take advantage of someone needing medical equipment. Not like any other similar business I have ever used in the past. When I returned my equipment a month early, I was not able to get a refund. The individual I dealt with was very rude.

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
