Horrible customer service, ladies in the office have no customer service skills at all. The company ahowed up hours late to deliver oxygen supplies, strike 1! Nurse was to be at our house at 5 pm to give instruction and install machines, he arrived at 10:30 at night. No calls, nothing, just showed up at 10:30pm, strike 2! We then tried and tried to get equipment picked up, strike 3. Took more than 3 weeks to get them out here. They would not give any idea of time for pick up, they want you to sit home anywhere from 8-5 and wait until they show up. Then the man who is deliverering oxygen and medical supplies had been smoking! What an ordeal.
