Would give zero stars if I could. I work in a hospital and I am already telling case managers and social workers not to use this company. Been waiting over 6 weeks for a machine. Keep promising me someone from customer service to call me within a day or two - never happens. I dont think they care about patients at all. The company handling the billing and insurance is absolutely horrible but the supply company doesn't seem to advocate for the patient and get things corrected or expedited. Probably pointless to leave this review because I will still get the run around and no calls from their lack of customer service department.

We are very unhappy with this company because for well over 6 weeks now we have been told they would call us when they had a CPAP machine ready for us. We call each week and they say they will return our call but they never do. We have explained to them we urgently need the machine because the sleep doctor requires that we have it to bring to the first visit with him. However they still do not return the call. We even asked our insurance company to call and check out the situation for us. He did and they assured him they would call us that day or the next day for sure. Now, it is the next week and still no call from them!

Mid-Cities delivers both quality supplies and consistently excellent service. I rate them at 3 stars instead of a deserved 4 or 5 due to only one incident in the two years they have been my supplier. This one incident affected their character, downgrading my rating to three stars.

They are the most efficient, caring provider I could ever hope for. A company with a heart. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their service is impecable. There is no other company like them.

I waited for 40 minutes to discuss issues with my mask. I was told they were checking to see if there was an available appointment but no one came back with an answer. Not sure why they have a "walk in" box to check on the sign in? Most of the sign ins were "walk ins" BTW. Another customer came in and was seen immediately. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Excellent service, very friendly and courteous staff. Great prices, too. I have used a CPAP machine for more than 25 years and dealt with several other CPAP supply providers both "local" in the Houston area and online. This company is the best, by far, that I have dealt with over the years.
