My husband has oxygen provided by Mediwell and now I can not get them on the phone. Both numbers I have have been giving busy signals for a week now. Don't' know what's up. He needs supplies and I can not get them.
The owner closed down due to poor financial management and IRS problems without notice to clients. Left people in need of oxygen in a terrible bind. Did not assist them with transferring to a new provider. Now, they have a new name on a sign outside.
I have called their listed number 817-735-4210 at least a dozen times this morning, Nov. 4, 2015 and reached no one, nothing but a continuous busy signal. Perhaps their phone system is done, but judging from other comment, I don't think so. I can't even give them any stars, but evidently have to give at least one..
I agree with the bad service ranking. I never get anything but a busy signal and the 800 number is no longer available. No way to get service or pay your bill. Something has change within the last year - their service used to be good. Go somewhere else for your needs.
Worst company I've ever dealt with. Won't answer phones, Can't pay my bill because their system is down all the time. Can't get service. Been calling 2 months to pay my bill and get my generator serviced. I'm sure they are going out of business.
I give the company one star and I am being generous. When we first received service it was great. Now I cannot get an order delivered, computer systems are always down and I have been calling for two days and the line is constantly busy. We changed the brand of food a few months ago, however on the last delivery they delivered the wrong brand. I don't know if they are having phone issue or is something else going on. Either way the food for my dad should have been received last week.
