Can't speak for the other reviews, but I've had excellent service from the entire staff in the Denton location (especially Richard). Everyone has always been pleasant, quick to respond, very helpful and efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this location of Lincare for your DME requirements.

Very poor customer service. No follow up. I've had a CPAP machine for nearly a year and have never received any supplies. They want me to always drive 30 miles to see them. I'll be using a new location for service. I'm going to call Medicare on them.

Terrible! Was called that my CPAP was there and ready. Have an appointment but still wait for 1 hour. Finally got fed up to leave and she comes out like, I've been here the whole time. Then, no machine for me. Then why call? Get a loaner but then when my machine does come in, wants me to bring in to swap. No way.That was a year ago. Was told I would automatically receive filters and new masks at intervals. Still havent received a single on. Never again.

TERRIBLE is the word to describe this place. I was to get delivery on a Wednesday between 0800 and 1500. I was suppose to be called before delivery. No call, no delivery. I called this place many times in the afternoon to check on the delivery. Each time I was told I would be called. Never happened. Finally at 1700 I got a call asking to deliver on Friday because I was not on the schedule. BS! I told them I had wasted the entire day waiting on them and was promised a phone call and delivery on this day. I demanded delivery this evening. I finally got it at 1830. Now I am waiting for pickup.
It was the same process. I called and I was assured I would be called for the pick up time. You guessed it no call. They did stop by the house during the 30 minutes I was not home. I told the person on the phone, the manager, that I was to be called. We rescheduled for Friday. Yep, NO SHOW
