Needed something at Lincare in San Antonio. Was met by super friendly and professional lady at the front desk. Her name was Windy. She bent over backwards to help me. I did not get the Managers name but he also was very friendly and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Good job.. Thank you.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER, IF YOU ARE A VET, ACTIVE DUTY OR JUST A PATIENT NEEDING CARE, DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PAPER'S FORGET YOU EXIST. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. BEEN WAITNING FOR SUPPLIES SINCE FEBRUAY AND IT'S A WEEK BEFORE JUNE. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. BEING A PATIENT WITH PTSD AND HAVING PROBLEMS SLEEPING IS NOT GOOD. THEY ARE THE WORST.

After surgery I needed a wheelchair quickly. I never heard from anyone at Lincare about the type of chair to order. I did research on the Internet and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Late on Friday afternoon Stephanie from Lincare called to say that our chair had been ordered? All this without communicating with me. How stupid!
Had a very good experience with Lincare in San Antonio Texas. Was visiting my son in Bulverde,tx for 3 weeks. The driver, Raul, was professional and persistent. He called my son to arrange delivery of the oxygen tanks just as we arrived and delivered additional replacements when asked over the 3 weeks we were there. Also he arranged to refill the larger "H" tanks for our return trip to Chicago. Raul was there when he said he would be, and was very helpful and courteous. Raul is a real asset for Lincare.
I ordered a walker on March 10, 2015. Contacted Lincare on April 13, May 1, May 12 and May 15. They promised a call back and I never received there call. I would never recommend LINCARE to anyone. I am sure LINCARE would tell YOU they have efficient service.
No returned calls. Perhaps they are overwhelmed after winning the competitive bid, but poor business sense and lack of customer support trumps winning a bid every time.
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Whenever I asked anyone a question while I was there, I never got an answer from anyone. I couldn't find one person who knew how to help me. Even when I call them on the phone, I do not get appropriate answers and that is IF they even answer the phone. I would not recommend them to anyone.
