Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
