Let me add to the many other terrible reviews of this company. Most horrible customer experience ever. My doctor sent them a prescription for new CPAP supplies in November. Many phone calls to doctor and AHP and I still have not received my supplies. Now they are telling me that I have to drive to the office in San Antonio and give them my signature, which they already have.
Poor customer service. The employees are very kind over the phone, but no one follows thru. It is a case of talk and no actions. I've spoken to several employees each time blame was either on insurance company, fax machine, or doctor's office. I even heard we are very busy. I can understand all excuses but I would had like to receive a call from anybody from the company.
