For several yrs this co serviced my husband's Pulmonary needs. Then they told us that we had to apply in advance thru my husband's dr, for medicare. Obviously they were not getting enough $$$ from our insurance co. When my husband questioned their procedures, they couldnt tell him. We switched providers and glad to be out of that horrid enviroment.

We have been very satisfied with the service provided by AEROCARE. Both their office and delivery personnel have been most helpful.

AeroCare at 7014 Empire Central is the absolute WORST agency to connect with. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! They DO NOT CARE about your needs. They DO NOT return phone calls. I WILL REPORT THEM TO MEDICARE.

The sdervice from this company has been ridulously poor. Poorly trained staff, not returning phone calls and some individuals were actually arogant about my concerns. They sold me c-pap supplies that were poorly fitted and refused to stnad behind their products. I would not recommend them for anyone and I am searching for alternate sources for my medical needs.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, he/she did not appear to care very much
